Tomorrow on the African World segment of “Make it Plain” on SiriusXM Progress 127, Mark Thompson and I will be discussing the current situation in Mozambique.

As you may know, the former rebel group, Renamo, has repudiated the 1992 peace agreement that it signed with the government led by the political party Frelimo.  Clashes have taken place and it is far from clear how this crisis will be settled.

Mark and i will be discussing the background to this crisis and attempt to understand how this crisis evolved.
